Salem’s Marko Zivojinovic has been named WWPA Offensive Player of the Week after leading the Tigers to a 2-2 mark at the Navy Open in Annapolis, Md. The junior utility out of Belgrade registered a conference-highs of 20 goals and 32 points, while also dishing out 12 assists. He started the year with eight goals against No. 18 Navy and then put together another eight-goal performance - this time with six assists - against Johns Hopkins. His two goals and three assists were key in the Tigers’ win over defending WWPA champion Biola. A WWPA First Team honoree, Zivojinovic also drew 18 total ejections over the weekend, including seven in each game on Sunday.
